    Chapters 7 to 38 roughly pages cover English cooking, with recipes for soups, gravies, fish, meat principally veal, beef, mutton and lamb, and porkpoultry, game, preserves, vegetables, pastries, puddings, sweets, jams, pickles, and savouries.
